He goes and kills someone or commits a felony and has to do time in prison....
Where would he go???
If you stick him in a male prison chances are he will not live a week in there. send him to a female prison and he is gonna be fukin every chick there.

they had this in law and order one time. and it was a guy who got a sex change (no longer had a dick) and the facial reconstruction, etc... she/he was sentenced to prison and the judge said it depends on what you are born as. so if you are born a male, you go to male prison, and vice versa. needless to say he/she was killed in a week.
granted, that was law and order though.
