    Default so travelosity fucked me

    i bought a ticket on july 11th i just went to check in beacuse im leaving tomorow and i notice the name on the ticket is wrong it;s under my moms name
    i used her account but but enterd my name under the pasenger name so they say they wont give me a new ticket and they will not changfe the name

    they called delta and dealta told them that it was there problem not theres and hung up on the woman


    so pissed off

    damn man, same thing happened to my mom

    my brother was gonna go to cancun with me but didnt get his pasport in time and they wouldnt let me change the name to my moms name so she had to buy another ticket

    so i just gave delta a call and they got everything worked out in around 15min

    the things you can do when you speak to someone to is fluent in english and not programed to say the same fucking thing over and over again

    fuck outsourcing

    yeah that shit pisses me off.... one bitch wanted to confirm my info over the phone and i was sitting there telling her my info but she couldnt understand me, i was like bitch its on the fucking screen!!!
