    i used soundforge or maybe it was sonic forge but i got it download.com.... it works well i used it for ringtones but now i just put the whole thing on there.

    search for a program called mptrim, i had it for a while but lost it when i had to reformat my comp

    I've had some really good ones and some really crappy ones. It all depends on the quality of the downloads.
