    Default Sad thing happened last night.

    Tried to avoid a tree on the road and lost control went over the curb and hit the guard rail.

    Sorry to hear that bro. Looks like it probably won't be totaled. Hope for the best and think Positive.

    If you need help or advise on the situation just shoot me a pm. I had been several accidents before so I can relate. All you can do is learn and try in see how you can benefit from the situation. Instead of replacing with OEM maybe on the flip side you can replace the hood with a Carbonfiber one. Maybe instead of getting a Evo8 Bumper upgrade and get an OEM evo9 front bumber to give it that cleaner look. The list can go on how this may not be a bad thing. Shoot me a pm I will help you out on some ideas. Us Evo owners need to stick together.

    If/when you made the accident report, was the tree/debris still i nthe road and did you have the officer note it on the report?

    Sorry to hear and glad you are ok man.

    If the tree was in the road and it is noted on the police report, the county which it happened in may be liable. I hit a tree in the road down in Jasper County not too long ago and it screwed up some parts and my alignment and the county fixed it.

    Well, let me rephrase that. I bought the parts and fixed it myself and the county/DOT cut me a check for all the parts and alignment.
