Ok so I got this phone probably 2 months ago. There are no scratches on it at all what so ever. The phone has always has a clear screen protector on it and a case around it. Never been dropped, or anything else. The phone works great, I love it the only reason I am getting rid of it is because of the Nokia N95 that came out recently. THE PHONE IS UNLOCKED and phone comes with all original stuff, charger, memory card (64meg), stereo headphones, car charger, docking/charging station, usb cord, all manuals and software, and a clear plastic case, and a silicone case. I may also throw in the 4 gig MS duo card, but it all depends on a few things. The phone new was $500 shipped, + $75 for the card + $10 for the silicone case, and $10 for the clear plastic case for a total of $595. I am looking to get $475 obo for this phone. Like I said there is nothing wrong with it at all. The battery lasts 2 days on normal use, or 1 FULL day when playing with it. It actually lasts all weekend, friday saturday sunday, when not a work and on it all the time.
