That's hard to say. On the one hand, it would be better as it would force people to do something actually constructive or physical with their time. It would definitely promote physical fitness and exercise and help with the growing laziness that has come upon America.

On the other hand, though, the Internet really is a nice learning tool. It gives people that couldn't go places chances to see those places in either video or photo formats and giving cool, inexpensive ways to keep in touch with others in real time instead of just by post office.

It's really hard to come up with a particular pro or con on this subject. Later, QD.
