    I'm not sure if this is the right movie, but I think it was. Kids are on a wooden raft in the middle of a lake, and there's this black tar looking crap in the water around them. If they fall into it, it sucks them down and burns off their skin. I saw it when I was like 6 and it seriously f*cked with my head for a while.

    It's actually called "The Raft", I also saw that when I was like 8?
