    y dont you get the previous owner to go to the dmv and file for a lost title? you can get it same day and its only like 15 dollars! i sold my 1st car to 1 of my friends, he went to iraq, came back and i bought the car back for parts, he didnt kno where the title was but had never titled it in his name, so i just filed for the lost title and 10mins later i had it
