Elite Audio in Spartanburg, SC is hosting the 1st Annual Elite Summer Nationals the weekend of August 13-14th. The show will feature an indoor manufactures demo area, main stage, indoor and outdoor car show, motorcycle show, and various sound off organizations as well.

Mark - I am helping the shop promote the event, and will compete in the Sound Quality portion of the event.

rollin - I am told the host hotel will "probably" be the Radisson. I think rooms are being blocked in the next few days, and hoprfully there will be some discounts.

I know Panasonic and Rockford Fosgate are now exhibitng at the show...

Its now $45.00 for indoors, and $30.00 for outdoors
(thats for 2 days)

This is gonna be a great show, and for once you can be guaranteed the show judges know what they are lookin at. Be prepared to have you car thuroughly looked over!
With all the Sound cars coming, and alot of the show, its gonna be a great event.

thats not a problem at all!!! We didnt receive it in the mail today, we should hopefully be receiving it within the next couple of days!!! you'll get a confirmation email or letter when we receive it. As long as we get it by friday, your indoor spot will be reserved!

If you wanna show outdoor, you can register on the day, or preregister if you like!

I spoke to the shop today...there are still some spots left for inside parking, so you can still register for that, and get guarenteed parking.

Inside is the vendor booths, air conditioning, show cars, ac, the sound quality cars, and air conditioning. Also, I think power will be made available to those wanting/needing it for their display.

Friday, 9 am ish. Since setup indoors is 8 to 8. Gives me time to get to the hotel steal water access, clean the car and take it to the venue. Then of course clean it AGAIN once inside, hook up the power to the inverter and setup the display stuff. Will be a long ass day.

Yes, it was a good show. Nice and cool inside verse the 4 million degrees outside. I will be back next year.

Also, have to admit that it is about time we had GREAT judging take place. Was nice to have ones looking at the cars and trucks who know the differences between good and bad without favortism.

This was my 1st sound competition and WOW did I learn alot about SQL and things to improve on. Still took 3rd in the +601 Rookie class with and 13th in the top 30 elite. (which was last place but I don't care) Even got some sort of video processor which is cool. Only gripe is the item did not have instructions.

Hats off to Team FX, tahnks for letting me hang with ya!
