That means the exhaust housing is bigger, not the wheel. It'll be a little laggier but make more power up high. Sounds way to big for a 4 cylinder, it'll spool real late. I would reccomend the .64. It'll spool quick and make plenty of power. We use the .80 on the GS400's and Supra's that make over 600 hp.

Why not go GT30R, it'll spool nicely.

Internal WG's are decent, external spools quicker, but those are great for a SR upgrade. .64 spools quicker than the .84.

t3/t4 wont fit the stock manimfold. why do you want a gt2871r, its got lag and not enough balls to make up for it. go with a gt28rs or the 30r. the potato peaks about 330-350whp, but spools nearly stock. the 30r has enough balls to make up for the lag. if your lookin to go all out get the gt3540r, scotts makin like 580hp with one of these bad boys.

scotts running stock internals, hks cams, obviously upgraded fuel system, and that freakin turbo. he actually doesnt have that much in the motor i think he figured it to be less than $5k in support mods. of course hes pretty much reached the end of what an sr can do, any more and youd have to go to an exotic fuel. these things arent 2JZs and rb26s

We run pt67's ( rather large t4) on our hatch and em1, both stock stroke, 84mm B-16s spool late but are good enough for well over 650 whp. Walbro 255 hps and aeromotive inline pumps with MSD 1000cc injectors, thats not very exotic, but it works.

try it and see how/what it does. both our hatches uses .82 a/r's both t3 and t4 turbine side and spool up isnt too bad.
    94 Supra= 500rwhp
