This is a 10mm H&R Spacer set with bolts. Just to clarify this means that there are 2 - 5mm spacers in this set when you put one on each side it stretches your width by 10mm total. It was used for 4 months on my car and was purchased from a SELOC member - Rickyboy. Asking price $50 o.b.o.

the pod is universal. it fit the 95 civic just fine has 4 screw holes

no it won't fit. each gs model and year has a different ecu and typically a different mass air flow sensor. the intake comes with an ecu over ride allowing you to consumer more fuel for air without triggering a CEL (check engine light) and thus giving you more horsepower ~ 17-20 horsepower.
