I'm getting my car painted!
So yea, last weekend and the weekend previous to that my car was hailed on (Brett you know how I feel!) I noticed yesterday while washing it, there are dents all in it.. LOTS of them. So, I called my insurance company and they told me there is no deductible (comprehensive coverage or something) so basically I'm getting a free paint job! WoOt!
Now hopefully I can get a new hood, trunk and get my body kit fixed and painted all at the same time!!! YEAH!!!
You may be getting a free paint job, but they will raise your rates to compensate for it. Any pictures of the damage?

id rather have a root canal than have paint or body work done on one of my cars.
if its liveable- just deal with it, its less of a headache.
OR
if your car is paid off, have the damage estimated and just get the check from your insurance company, that works good too.

Thats crazy, I guess I was lucky. My detail guy at my work looked all over my car for hail damage and there was nothing. Thank God.

Hail scared me out there.

where did you get it done? I need to find a GOOD place.. I think I'm just gonna go ahead and get the black pieces around the fog lights and the grill painted too.. I might just go ahead and change out my door handles and shave the trunk... hmmm...

Well it did, I know I didnt have hail damage before the show, the car had never seen hail before, I cant see any of us making it up.......
And with the wind as hard as it was, It wasnt just falling it was being slammed against the cars from a left to right direction, it wasnt coming straight down, it was hitting hard as hell, I was in the car when it was hitting. Thats why any of us who got it, It wasnt so muh on the roof, it was on the side of the cars

how many car were damaged there are 2 so far that i have heard of.. i know you wouldnt be just making it up but its just amazing to me that they make cars out if aluminum foil where it causes damage to them from such small hail. i know your car is dark and will show dents pretty easily, mine is black and i can see everything, but lickily i escaped it apparently.

i got "hail" damage... can i atleast pretend? plenty of door dings thanks to moms drunk ass on the civic... but its getting painted VERY soon
