    Default emissions test FAIL

yeah so as the title says i failed the GA emissions test. i have a 94 hatch with a D15 and i blew double the allowed values for CO2 on the 25/25 test and on the 50/15, my HydroCarbons were also too high on the 50/15 test. does this mean anything to anyone (other than i have to get it fixed before i get new tag)
    any help is appreciated.

I have a B16A1 & didn't pass either, just about doubled or so the numbers. Go to an auto parts store & get "Guaranteed To Pass, G2P", make sure you get the motor running for awhile. I passed way lower then what was allowed using it

thanks folks. but as it would happen my water pump went out before i could even start work on emissions problems. i guess i'll just have the import shop do it all at the same time. (much too lazy to dig down to the water pump myself)
