    Default So tempting...

    Huge single turbo C5Z06.

I love the all-motor, reliable C5Z, but when I come across pictures like this, it makes me miss having a turbo'd car.

How fast is a emu from a dig? Do you increase response by applying Tabasco sauce to it's nether regions?

Man... it really is tempting but I looooove being naturally aspirated. Tap the gas and go.

I'll have to price it up. I really don't want to spend more than $15,000 on this car.

dude u dont drive a 2.0 honda any more, 5.7 liters makes for no lag at all unless u got a GT45 or some shit...and u'd still hit full boost by 3K....its gonna spool as soon as u hit the gas anyways.

yea but nitrous is just throwin money in the trash. over the long haul the turbo would be quicker and save money over time if your racin everyday. BOOST IT!!

Damn that would be sick. One thing i dont understand is why is the turbo all the way in the back its cool and all but why? Is it because it doesnt fit in the engine bay?

Keeps the extra heat away from the cramped engine bay, don't have to use an intercooler, and a 6.0L V8 can spool just about anything no matter how far back it is.

I'm gonna play around with all-motor for a bit. Might be slower, but it's reliable, heh.

on top of what's already been said, it also offers easy install/removal when needed. no manifolds to mess with, no real working in tight spaces. hang the turbo, wire up the oil pump, run some charge piping and start tuning.
