    Default Why I watch anime/cartoons...

    Yeah, so I've been getting comments on my abundance of anime/cartoon picture posts lately and a lot of people seem to wonder why watch this stuff all the time. The answer is simply really.

    Real life sucks.

    Seriously, why watch the news just to hear some sh*t about a mom microwaving her baby or something about corrupt politics and the war in Iraq? F*ck that sh*t. I'll flip over to Cartoon Network to watch Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends and laugh before I flip to the news and get upset about some bullsh*t that really doesn't matter to me. Am I ignorant of a lot of worldly events? Yes. Do I care? No, not really. Primarily because most of it doesn't directly apply to me. Sure, I keep up to date on if we're still over there and what we've done, but that's about it.

    F*ck the serious sh*t and just be happy. Really. Anime/Cartoons make me smile and keep me entertained. So f*ck the real world and all of it's problems. You guys can worry about politics and other crap if you want. I'm gonna go grab a Coke watch some Negima!?.
