MY first ticket

Well i got my first ticket. 22 over in a 40.it was around 1.25am. cop was kinda scared of me at first and told me to turn off my car. and when i did my auto seat belt undid its self and he got scared and said i was moving and that he would shot me if i moved agian and told me to put my hands on the fuckin stearing wheel. but after that some other guy got pulled over by another cop in front of me and i think i heard he was going 75 and they arrested him and towed his car. then he came back to me kinda calm and knew i ment no harm and he gave me 2 tickets. one for being out past curfue and the speeding ticket. he said he was gona tow my car if i couldent get someone to pick up my car. so i did and i was on my way.

anyone know how much money this tickets gona be? (im 17)

oh shit son...i got that same stuff when i was 17, lost my license for 6 months, 20 hours community svc, and like 600$ in fines

you shouldn't lose your license. law states that you should lose it if you're going 24+ over and you're under 21, so you just barely got by. take a defenseive driving class and plead to reduce the speed.


slow the hell down though.

Start saving up money now and kiss your license goodbye.
But like someone else said. "You wont get your license taken away. You were going only 22 over and the law states if your going 24 over, then you lose your license."

But did yall forget about the points?
He will get like 3 points for 22 over and like 2 points for driving after midnight.
Which is 5 points.
And if your under 18 and if you have 4 or more points. Your license is gone for sure.
So im pretty sure your point will go over 4 points.
Sooo yeahh. Your license is gone.
Start saving up though.
But call in and check with them if you can just come and pay.
Call them in like a week or two when they get your shit in.

I've lost my license for 6 months once.. It was a pain in the ass without a license. So dont do stupid shit and speed when you know theres cops everywhere.
