So yesterday, i got pulled over for speeding, but luckly the cop didn't have her gun on; so i told her that wouldn't hold up in court. so she looked inside my car and saw i didn't have any seat belts in the car. she gave me two tickets.

1- Seat Belt Violation
2- Driving an Unsafe car.

anyone know if i put seat belts in #2 will be dropped? and how much are those Seat Belt Violation Tickets for first time offence?

Id check the law and see how it is exactly written. Then maybe put some hidden seatbelts in and challenge the cop saying maybe you just didnt see them.

Well the cop put 65mph and then on the note part he put I eye estimated him doing 65. So I went to the judge and told me if you put down 65 in one part then why did you put I saw him doing 65 mph. Then he couldnt give an answer. Judge was pissed. Told the cop next time make sure you gun him .
