    Default so i need to rent out my house, what's the best way?

    I have a 3000 + sq feet house in alphreatta. 5bedrooms, 3.5 bathroom, whirlpool, patio, hardwood floor. 2 car garage, and all that good nice home stuff.

    I need to rent this property out, what's the best way to advertise?

    They actually have companies who will take care of it for you, that way they do background checks on the tenants, Credit checks, handle everything for you and just send you the rent each month.

    Sell it... You'd be glad that you did later. Renters will always fuck up your house. My dad had 3 rental houses, 2 trailers. You'd be surprised that the people in the trailers actually took better care of them than the trash in the houses. Many of times we had to go and replace whole panels of sheetrock and replace carpet. One of his renters also stole all of the ceiling fans out of the house. All of the light bulbs. Just too much of a headache.
