    You can use any Honda ECU. but you can use a p28 if you want. Then take it to a shop that can install it. (Mainstream) Thats all...

    Hondata is a Engine management system, it has VTEC Control, Launch Control, Full throttle shift, Shift light, And allows you to tune the Fuel/ Ignition maps to better suit the setup if your car. you essentially gain more horsepower by tuning these maps.
