    Yep and it's free. It's for a girl that graduated from school and is trying to build a clientel. Tracy B is the owner of the Salon and she is the hair stylist for Movie and a Makeover on TBS.

    It just means she's not "established" yet. She graduated from beauty school and needs to build her own clientel. The way you do that is offer free hair cuts for a while until you round up a regular clientel.
