I want to start a punk rock band...

I know there are a few people on here that play instruments, and i've been trying to start a band for the longest damn time, so i figured i'd make a thread and see if anyone is interesting in getting something together.

I'm probably a better bassist but i'd really like to do something where I could be lead vocals and rhythm guitar. I'm not totally set on punk(old school) but that is definitely my preference (i'm REALLY desperate to get back into the music scene).

So i guess i need a good lead guitarist, a bassist, and a drummer. I can offer my house (in lilburn) as a practice spot and the best day for me to get together would be sunday after 6.

I have a few sketchy samples of what i've written if you'd like to hear. Recordings were done on a computer microphone with an acoustic guitar.

If anyone has any other openings for bands i'd also be interested in that. I don't really have a bass setup anymore aside from my old piece of shit ibanez but i'd be more confident playing bass than guitar in somebody elses band. If i felt it was worth my money i'd be willing to go out and get some decent equipment. I have some gig experience and whatnot.
