Honda scooter and R6 mini bike

i don't have very detailed info on these, as they have been sitting in a garage for about 2 years.

Here is the information I know off the top of my head:
Honda moped
year '00 or '01
pretty rusty, needs to be cleaned up, and is not running right now. needs fresh gas/fresh oil.
goes up to 50 mph

Next, i have a mini bike,
year '03 or '04
this was driven once for a few hours, and they ran into a parked car
has less than 10 miles on it.
gas AND electric
goes up to 60 mph
body damage in the front (should be cheap to fix), see 2nd picture
comes with charger.
(FYI, no title, tag, etc...it's not street legal)
