Februar 2007 am Widerstand einer der beteiligten Banken, obwohl die Gesellschaft den finanzierenden Banken zum Zwecke der Fortsetzung der Finanzierung Sicherheiten eingeräumt hatte. Eine Auffanglösung unter Ausklammerung der betreffenden Bank kam im Laufe des heutigen Tages nicht mehr zustande.
