need help with MP3 player

ok so my creative zen basically an ipod isnt being recognized by my computer anymore, its a usb hook up of course, but the program that it cam with that is used to put music and vids on it says its not connected.

i have reinstalled the software several times.

the cords are all in perfect condition.

so i dont know what to do, its pissing me off.

anyone got any idea to what it could be

1. get the zen and cable

2. find the number on the box for customer service

3. call the number

4. tell them the problem

5. tell them their product is shit

6. hang up and throw that piece of shit out

i hate ipod and they are the exact same price, and i happen to like creative so

creative sucks, listen to yours and then listen to the ipod and zune. better functionality and better sound QUALITY.
