Ichigo Speed is a new forming club/crew that is looking to provide a positive and friendly atmosphere for those that would be interested. With most members driving underpowered vehicles, we're not so much focused on being the fastest group out there as we are to being one of the most fun and active. Having regular meets or just times to hang-out are what we're looking at on a normal basis, but we will also be focused on hosting and taking part in track events and other such driving activities.

    Origin
"Ichigo Speed" began as a joke-oriented title for a red Miata being used in local drift competitions with the original name being "Ichigo Drift". The Miata since retired from drifting before it could come into being so the idea was also scrapped.

Later, when the idea came up to start a small car club/crew, "Ichigo Speed" came up in the conversation and was since referred to on multiple occasion. Seeing the title as a fun alternative to traditional car club names, it stuck. The club/crew is now in the process of coming into actual existence.

    Location
Ichigo Speed is primarily focused on encompassing the areas of Alpharetta, North Point, Roswell, Woodstock, and Acworth. Meets will more than likely be held somewhere on Hwy.92/Holcomb Bridge yet is still undecided.

    Scenes of Focus
Ichigo Speed is relatively open-minded, welcoming those that would partake in either car shows or performance driving events with the latter being more prevalent. A lot of team events will consist of taking part of local autocross, drift, drag racing, and track events. Hosting such events is possible, but only if the crew gets enough active members.
