    Default Supra or S14? :dunno:

So I've been working on accumilating parts for this S14 I'm going to buy from my neighbor on Saturday. But I've been having second thoughts because I sort of want to trap 130s or better and be fast on the track. The Supra is just so damn expensive though. The S14 is cheap and I can get mods cheaply for it.

I love highway runs but I also love road racing and mountain drives. An S14 could be made to do well in both but a Supra will always be king shit on the highway and a bit clumsy in the back country and road courses. What should I do? Pass on the 14 and save up for the dawg or focus on the S14?

Um. We have both. Hard decision. I would say go with what you can afford without killing yourself. They are both good cars. When Our 240 was on the street it beat a few Supras. It weighs 2200 lbs for gawd's sake. So power to weight is a thing to think about, too.

A supra will not be clumsy on back roads, stock for stock, a Supra handles better thand an FD, which I'm sure handles better than a 240. I would say go for the Supra
