    Exclamation Where have all the racers gone?!?!?

    So I'm in washinton DC right now and I'm like WTF? I've been here for about a week and I have not seen a single moded import, not even a single wannabe with a Aluminum spoiler or decals. WTF is that all about? If anyone knows any spots in around DC,Virginia,or Maryland(DC Mero area) please let me know I'm bored to death and homesick. I need a little racing to take my mind off of it.
