So it was a Wednesday morning right, I got up like usual...fuken late as heck. It was 7am, and my first class at GSU starts at 10am. I get ready, brush my teeth, dress, and wash my face. I look at the clock, it showed 7:15. I was like "SHIeT"....I grab my shiet (ya know books and bag) run out the door and jump start the 98 Teg...so i was in the car, and warmin my baby up.....it was already 7:30am. I kept tellin myself I wasn't goin to make it to class, because it usually takes me an 1hr & 30 min to 2 hrs, to get to school....So i was rushing like my Ass on fire, down the highway doin about 60 to 80 mph...I got to the main highway and was stuck for a good 10 min of traffic. I take a short cut, got off an exit and headed down the streets instead (a little less traffic)...I look at the clock, 8:30 am....I was like bietch. On my way to the train station, I spot a white Mitsubishi EVO 8 (BOOSTED). I purposely drove side by side, to see what his reaction was as I was rushing to the station for school. I hear his turbo quietly (spurring and whistling), but he was just driving casually. I look at the clock it was already 9:30am because of traffic...so the EVO turns at an intersection, and so do I. I realized he was headed fo the same direction as me.
So we come to a stop light, I rev my engine. He hears me and does the same, except his car sounded better (has turbo)....the Light turns green, and I just fuken slammed the gas pedal and launched off, so does the EVO. For the first 2 seconds I was 2 car lengths ahead, but then a second later, the EVO comes charging past me. All I hear is the TURBO whining like crazy, popping my eardrums mad crazzy....SO, I down shift from 5th to 4th gear, and hit VTEC baby...BUT sad to hear, the EVO out ran me...
