    Default Maintance Required ligth??

    i have a 2002 Acura RSX and this light just came on.. any idea how to turn it off?

    Read the owners manual. It will tell you how to turn it off. It may be like the civic and have to hold down the trip reset, turn the key to the on position and hold it for 10 seconds then release. not sure tho.

    i don't have the owner's manual. and i'm thinking it should be just the same as the civic.

    but i just did some research and found it...

    From page 65 of the 2002 Owners manual:
    1) Turn off the engine

    2) Press and hold the select/reset button in the instrument panel, then turn
    the ignition switch ON (II).

    3) Hold the button until the indicator resets (approximately ten seconds).
