    Default Give me some ideas!!

    Well i was going to paint my teggy a 2 tone with black with some flakes and a candy red but it seems like everyone else is going with those colors now. What type of paint should i do now? Everything will be shaved and prob. have a molded kit. I wont be painting it for a month or so.

    Alot of people dont go with a real candy red... The paint is so damn expensive.. its like $190+ per gallon.. Look at house of kolors they have some beautiful colors..

    no flake no candy no pearl... two tone is always nice but make sure you pick good colors

    Red and black has always been the most popular color combo... so dont make it sound like it's just a sudden fad lol. Black and grey or silver looks good too..

    b/c its a waste of money on paint... just have a nice color done on your car and be done w/ it... like:

    - Escalade peral white
    - M3 Phoenix Gold
    - M3 Laguna Seca Blue
    - 350z burn orange
    - Mazadaspeed spicy orange
    - VW bug green (the bright one)
    - JDM (metallic gray)

    ^^^^ all of those are great colors

    Thanks. I'm going to stay away from white (on my car right now, dont like it very much) Gold, ill pass, lol, I'll have to check out those oranges, and green (thats just not me lol)

    And im not planning on doing anything to the engine or anything else for now. Just going to get all new suspension, Shave everything, maybe add a kit, and paint it. im moving to my apartment September 24th so i wont have any place to work on it.

    i would go to new car lots looking for colors... i know there are some other colors like:

    - bmw has a black w/ a violet pearl to it
    - vw bug limited ed had a powder blue
    - kia rio had a yellow/gold (like the m3) color
    - type r yellow
    - wrx blue

    Yeah i was thinking about that too, black is the cheapest to buy and i can just put 6+ coats of clear on it and make it shiny as hell.
