o yeah will my heat still work?
you do know that your a/c and heat aren't connected right...
o ok thanks i didnt know
brackets? compressor, lines, etc.
the condensor in front of the radiator.
well thats where it was on my first gen, not sure about 2nd gen.
do u want ever piece or the easy and semi easy to remove pieces.
its simple start un bolting, the only pain is the condenser which really isnt that hard, i did mine, but my motor was out

probably start with the lines, then the compressor, then those steel lines, then the condensor fan. what behind the dash and those wires hanging from the compressor
semi first,Originally Posted by no mo hondas
there are no wires you need to remove, its all in the engine bay

easiest way is to break ur ac condensor and just leave everything in lol. ur heat will still work though
just unbolt your line on the compressor, let all the 134a drain out. tilt your radiator forward you can get the condencer out that way (trust me i did mine) and literally its a unbolting experance just unbolt everything connected to a/c lines brackets compressor yadda yadda yadda, dont worry about the evaporator and what not under the dash it dont matter if all thats still there, yes your heat will still work
indeed lol. my ac condenser broke so i got no ac HAHAOriginally Posted by stubbyda91

x3 ^^^ you dont even need the switch!! honda installed a genius clutch in the compressor anyways.. when your throttle opens all the way, it cuts off.. but to each his own i guess..Originally Posted by G.C
i once heard you can use C4.
compressor locked up plus engine bay looks cleaner , i know ima be suffer in the spring, summer lol
you use the switch if you don't want it on at all...Originally Posted by six7teen
i prefer to just add parts and gain power to make up for the lousy 10hp drag the compressor puts on the engine. AC helps keep the interior cleaner.
