Default how would i go about putting a S2000 cluster in my friends 2001 lx civic

My friend has a 2001 civic lx and wants to convert his gauge cluster to an S2000s. I hear that there is a converting harness for this. if so where can i find one and also would the cluster fit right in or would i have to do some custom fab and stuff like that? thanks
