PPG Dogbox gear set - Transmission built inhouse - Dark colored gears are the original heat treated gears

The ring gears side by side:

The Mainshafts with the handcuff side by side:

    The countershafts:

Final Front end product...Paint is last on the list

Nick wanted the exhaust to exit out of the front bumper....anyone who knows these year model Preludes knows this is near impossible without tubing the front end....but we did it and strengthened the car in the end as well.

The intake that goes through the frame

top view of the intake, and the alternator bracket JJ fabbed

front view...still tweaking the velocity stack that will be mounted on the front

the other side, exhaust exiting through the frame...

the shifter with strain gauge installed...doesn't look like much, but theres magic inside

quick interior shot, still some minor stuff to do...

    and under the hood...

    Weight figures w/o driver:
    Total weight: 2372lbs

    LF 810 34.1% RF 762 32.1%

    LR 412 17.3% RR 387 16.3%

    Front/Rear Bias 66.2/33.7%

    Left/Right Bias 51.5/48.5%

At the time of corner balancing the car had approximately 3 gallons of fuel, missing dump tube, misc. tubes and a little wiring. It also had factory rims on when corner balanced and a few things sitting in the car that have since been removed.

I will have finalized shots of the car soon....these are just some shots here and there as the car is being built.

don't know if the owner wants the specs out....but its nothing major, pistons/rods, minor head stuff, combined with a better manifold, turbo, and refitting the dp
