The following is my presentation with information concerning the transaction disputes that have going on for over 2 months now.

Sorry Mark, I really did not want to bring it onto this board but I would really like my US$340 returned, everyday is just another day you're riding on money that you owe someone for a product you never delivered and then decided to keep the product due to shipping costs being more than you expected.

I even sent you a PM on these boards, gave it more than a day and got no response. You're active daily on here...but showing no priority to the issue you owe someone in another state $340 since February.

Main thread with all details and you can view my responses and discussion along with Xlr8NMr2 (also who is PhatboyMR2) and their continuous claims and promises with no result.

I filed a paypal claim which Xlr8NMr2 insisted was the reason they could not pay me back. So I agreed to close the claim as they strongly kept saying that was only reason holding them back from being able to pay me back (It was closed on April 4th) with only a nice email stating "An eCheck payment from herold ulysse was declined by the sender's bank. We will automatically try to process this payment again in 3 business days. It then usually takes 3-5 days for the money to be deposited into your account. Please do not ship items until you receive payment."

One thing I will say is that I have done my best to stay reasonable, understanding, and not 1 time shoot an insult towards them.

If you feel inclined to, I invite you to simply read that thread as it will explain itself in full detail as I updated honestly and keeping a cool, professional understanding attitude throughout this entire time of delay and excuses.

At one point during this, when he found out shipping was going to be more than he thought, he posted that they are back up for sale if anyone wants to pay more for them! This was done way after our deal had been agreed upon and my money sent to them days before in which they already spent!!

On the 2nd page I even have a screenshot of the agreement we made via PM regarding the price which was agreed upon.

I paid Feb 27th via Paypal and was told they would be shipped out the following Monday asap in order for me to have them installed for the following weekend.

At first it was really hard to contact him because I was provided with a number which ended up being their father's phone number...(odd)

Basically after the second week passed I took action and filed a Paypal dispute claim.

Then they started responding and explaining excuses regarding their financial situation and personal situation of why they haven't been able to communicate and having decreased mobility due to a crash that occurred awhile ago.

All notification of their personal situation and excuses were provided AFTER I took action on the paypal account. So I guess they just never planned on advising of their situation if I had not taken any action and let it go???

I updated on the sale thread on MR2.com and here as well to give him fair viewing opportunity to respond. His PMs were full in the beginning of this mess but I would assume one would have the common sense to check their for sale thread regarding an item that is being disputed.

Recently they have been banned from the sale section on MR2.com so they are not able to view their thread any longer there.

I have done transactions on other car forums and a few on the MR2 boards but this is by the far THE ONLY business transaction that I have had a problem with involving continuous delays because of their personal financial issues and other excuses.

This thread which is stickied clearly is good advice for sellers of this nature.

All in all the following is the last post that I have posted on the sale threads, as well as the feedback forum on MR2.com.

Mark with all due respect, please feel free to review all posts that I have made concerning this deal and notice I have not insulted you in a demeaning or hating manner. Everyday that passes is a day without the product or money returned, and I have no control over making that move, you do.

Paypal dispute is the only way to protect myself sir and you did not hold your end of the deal or your word on shipping out as you promised so do not direct any blame towards me.

I did not mess up anywhere. I sent payment same day that the deal was agreed upon. That's all I'm responsible when a deal is made.

You said they would be shipped out by Monday March 2nd, because I really needed them by March 6th. You failed to keep your word, that was what started all of this chain reaction. Sir, you messed up.

I had to find out myself that the number you had provided me with was not even your own? But a another family members....








I filed the paypal dispute the night of March 9th, which gave you a full entire week extra to ship them out.



I sir have not messed up. It is very simple. If you have money to ship them out in your frozen paypal account, ask to borrow money from someone, ship them, get me a tracking number, and I will close the dispute. You can pay them back the same day if you really have the money.

It took you until March 11th to explain your situation. You should have let me know the day that I paid of your situation to expect possible delays or just let me know to not pay until later after your situation smoothed out.




Publicity? This is occurring not because of actions I did, but because of actions you've taken too long to do. If I do not let the community know of what's going on then this might continue for much longer than it already has...it is done to motivate you to get moving on this.

Having your number is no excuse, I have never had to directly speak with someone regarding a sale. It takes 2 to 3 PMs, an address, payment confirmation, and a tracking number the next day and the pieces arrive according to the shipping company, easy...


I do have your direct number now and we last spoke Wednesday March 18th, with the conversation ending because you supposedly had a call on the other line and I told you call me back ASAP to finalize an agreement to solve this, and you never called back.

At the bottom of this post you can view how strongly their claim was concerning that they needed their paypal account released and to have the claim closed. After closing the claim, there was still no resolution and just more reasons and excuses continued..

Take note that I was very understanding in my first post concerning the issue in the beginning when things started to turn sour but as time shows there has been no action or resolution on their part to bring closure to this. They only become angry with me for revealing this issue.

PhatBoyMR2 I seen this thread so I am aware you have some personal things taking up your time with the accident, completely understandable.

I have texted the number you gave me twice and called twice.

Please let me know the status of the Greddy Sideskirts I paid for 2-27-09 Friday last week. You said you could have them shipped out by this Monday 3-2-09 as I needed them asap by Friday.

I am more than willing to show I am here to present this in a professional manner with no insulting involved or personal threats.

Even after agreeing to their wish of having the paypal claim closed, no resolution was met and this was the next promise....Even when I decided out of my pure patience to give them the entire month of April to return the money....they claim they are out of state and needs 6 weeks...

spin i am in school right now and won't be back in atlanta for a couple weeks or so...the quarter is actually 6 weeks long and i get a 2 week break so everything should be cleared up within 6 weeks and give me a grace period to get home and send out the skirts or the money

i apoligize for that post i made i was having a horrible day and wasn't on my meds. I wish this wouldve never had to end up like this but sometimes i put myself in a rut that it's hard to get out of. Spin i am very sorry about this situation and i will do the best of my power to make it right no matter how long it takes.
