    doesnt matter, money was returned through my effort and if he didnt i would have taken care of it just for my rep.

    Bullshit. I don't believe that for a minute. I'm not going to take sides on this ridiculous arguement, but I can pretty much guarantee that YOU would not have came out of YOUR own pocket for your friend's fuck up.

    Yes, he was wrong for selling pistons for a friend without personally looking at them. Yes, you are wrong for not doing anything to try and get your money back like filing a claim with paypal or calling the number he gave you numerous times to try and resolve the situation with the person that actually has your money. The bottom line is that you both fucked up.
