I can't wait until this goes to court and the judge owns this guy in front of everyone...then maybe it might give him a nice smack in the face of reality, integrity, and money management.

Even if your judge only had the education of a basic undergraduate Gen-ed business law class it wont even hold up...maintstream FTW!
