hope you get ya money back, i doubt he would go through the trouble of paying court cost, etc etc for a measly 120 bucks, this boils down to principles.
and why would you call him to " work it out" if you sold him a perfectly working SAFC? nothin to work out if thats teh case right?
also, anotehr thing that questions teh sellers character, he said " hardly no scratches" but seems there were more then " hardly none"
