    It was back in september but I must say He is the Man He got My Wife and I a House when everybody else said that is whas not possible. Not only did he get us into our house but he was able to get an amaising rate and keep our Mortgage with Escro below what we were paying in rent. Oh Yeah did I mention 0 Down. I highly recomend giving Hive a shout if you are looking for a house.
