In Short:
- Never got a replacement tranny that I was promised I would.
- Never got a replacement fender that I was promised I would.
- Never gave back my CF rear valance for the teg
- James stopped replying to texts and doesn't answer his phone.
Traded my teg for his prelude. Prelude transmission is messed up and told me he would give me a tranny if I left my 5lug conversion on the teg. The fender was dinged up and told me he would give me fenders as well. He came to trade the car without the tranny n fenders so I told him ok I'll keep some parts I have of the teg still at home till he brings the tranny. I didn't keep much which would have been equivalent (stock rear hatch of a teg, matching helmet, keys to the door and hatch, and one piece of the cf rear valence).
At the time of the trade I was under the impression his friend was him. His friend gave me a bill of sale with the wrong name, the title was signed over to someone else on the back, giving issues trying to transfer to my name but James cooperated after threatening to call the police and resolved the title issue.
James kept making excuses that the guy he was getting the tranny from won't pick up, etc. Texted James asking for the tranny guy's number maybe he might pick up someone elses phone.. James stopped replying to texts and answering his phone.
Sorry mods for making another thread on this dude and having the first one deleted, thought everything was about to be resolved.
Someone want to go knock on his door and get at least the CF rear valence from him?
