Since you refuse to respond to the numerous attempts I have made to try to get in contact with you, (and even went through the trouble of having your wireless provider BLOCK my number from contacting you) I have no other choice but to make this situation public. I gave you more than enough time to handle this in a civil manner. But apparently, since you have blocked my number, you have absolutely no intentions of making things right.

I first PM'ed MR.EK9 on 7/15 about the Takata Green TE37's he had for sale (thread). He informed me they were pending and he would let me know if the deal fell through. I text messaged him last night (7/20) to find out he still had them for sale and we agreed to meet up at a gas station at around 11:00pm (now I see why he wanted to meet at night).

Upon arrival, I looked the wheels over and noticed in fact that the wheels were noticably NOT takata green from volk, but had been repainted - he agreed to take $100 off the price because of this. I also told him that I wanted two shift knobs he has for sale (thread) and agreed that he would overnight them to my house for $60. I gave him $60 + $1250, loaded the wheels into my car & gave him my address.

When I got home, I unloaded the wheels from my car. I started noticing the paint was cracking and chipping on every wheel. This didn't bother me too greatly, I can have them repainted. Then I noticed rediculous camber wear on one tire - this also didn't bother me, I was going to replace them all anyway. But then on that same wheel I noticed this:











Since when are lug holes oblong??

HMMM.

I called him immediately upon noticing the damage to the wheels to tell him that I would appreciate if he would just give me my money back and sell the wheels to someone else. (He told me last night that he had 4 other people that were ready to buy the wheels, so it shouldnt have been an issue for him to give me my money and sell them to someone else.) He of course, knowing that he sold me a trashed wheel, did not answer. I called him multiple times today as well, again no answer. He eventually had my number blocked through his wireless company.
