Ok, I went with Jason to help bring the car back. We get up their, and we have to follow this guy to the middle of fucking nowhere and wait on his slow friend to get done with some shit where we met. Keep in mind, we were (J-Rock and Myself) are in a F-250 with a long trailor pulling a big jeep in a town with hardly any room to move. Well, we start heading towards this guy's house, we finally get their after a good 30minute drive. When it was only suppose to be a 10 to 15 minute drive according to this Maki guy at the store. Ok, no biggy. We get to his house finally and park.
We proceed to check the car out. I looked over just about everything while Jason took care of the details and etc with Maki. Me and his friend (Also a member on here) are talking about the car. He told me, and I quote, "My buddy just rebuilt this motor and he bought this Da to get going and doesn't need this anymore".
I just knew something wasn't right. Although, I did tell Jason I wasn't sure about this deal, Jason though maybe the guy was an alright guy since he was being pretty cool. But we were wrong.
Then, maki, comes over and starts telling me about the car. Told me it had Tein lowering springs, which I looked up as soon as we got back to J-Rock's house to see they were fake, and that the motor had 0 miles. I asked if their was anyway we could start it up. Seeing as how he told me it needed a battery and it would start. His excuse was that he had court like 30 minutes later and the transaction needed to hurry up. I left the decision to Jason, seeing as how it wasn't my thing. He then proceeded to tell me about the car as Jason unloaded the jeep. Told me clearly, " The car has never been wrecked, had abunch of extra parts, and that it was an Si. I guess he though I was stupid. Of course I pointed out it wasn't and he was saying he didn't know much about it since he just bought it like 3 months ago. (Which we ust found out he had the car back in 07).
So everything is done, and he started to leave for court. We asked how to get back to the highway because we weren't familiar with the area. Told us to follow him and his dad because they were going to pass it. About 10 minutes down the road, they ditched us. I thought that was pretty fucked up myself. Well we decided to stop and grab some food and we talked about the car. End of story.
About a week later, Jason calls me asking if I knew why the car wasn't starting etc. Maybe seeing if I had any idea's why it wouldn't start. Told him I'd come over the next day or something to check it out. Well, he took the valve cover off or something and called me telling me about how shit was all in it etc.
Months pass, we didn't worry about it really. I still thought it was fucked up how he straight lied about the whole situation. I didn't waste my time looking for him on here, just thought maybe one day I would catch him on and ask him about it. Well, I did one day and I was almost certain it was him. So, I PM him about it and ask if it were him. Never once did I accuse him of anything. I just asked if he ever owned a primared CRX. He reply was, "No, but I had a red one. I sold it months ago". I let it go. But tonight I was bored and somehow the conversation got started between me and Jason. He found his Sn name name and this how it all got started.
Yes, I know its way late...But better late than never to warn you all about a bad seller and.... A piece of shit guy... Period. When you give your word something runs and then comes to find out, its shit. That means you, yourself are a piece of shit.
