Its amazing months later this shit is still going on from 2008. Its 09 dammit. I would have hunted his ass down before 09 hit and either beat his ass or got my monies. Either way good luck to the both of u. But either way its a risk when you buy used shit & leave without testing it out. So u both got screwed & should just learn from it and drop it.
