What was wrong with the Wii that it wasn't working and how did you get it fixed? Also why not meet up someplace that had electrical outlets and test that the Wii worked since you brought a FUCKING TV to trade?

The has been "modified" to read burned games. When you start up the Wii it makes noises (ive never owned a Wii but I dont think noises are good) 50% of the time I have to reboot it. When installing a burned game 70% of the time it will read it immediately, 30% it will not causing me to reboot the system again.
I have not gotton it fixed. I have a 360 I play 99% of the time and the Wii was for my g/f for an Xmas present.

I got screwed on a broke Wii that no1 wants due to the burned games and ebay wont allow me to sell it. If I had known this I prob wouldnt have purchased it. MY fault. I didn't know.

Look i sympathize with you, i really do. Again lets not make this personal, be OBJECTIVE.
1) You wanted a WII, did you KNOW IT WAS A MODDED WII? If so you assumed the risk that modded electronics can not operate as normal electronics. Same with the burned games. YOU not knowing is not HIS fault.
2) HE offered to look at it, at that point, if you DIDNT trust him, you should have said "hey man, how about i give you the wii to look at and you give me something of collateral just for safetys sake" Im SURE you guys could have come up wiht something. you cant just say I DONT TRUST HIM AND THATS FINAL.
He NEVER screwed you over becausse you never gave him the chance to fix the problem. You screwed yourself.
3) The CL shit is childish, on both parts, and its IRRELEVANT because the main part is you too finishing your deal.
