I bought the set of Rays Engineering lugs he had up for sale about a week back. I was supposed to come up to atlanta to pick them up from him, but as is always the case with me, my job got in the way...

I asked him if he accepted paypal, and he graciously agreed to ship them to me without hesitation. This is a stand up guy who's willing to go the extra mile to keep his word.

The lugs were exactly as described in his FS thread, and i recieved them promptly after payment.

I'd recommend him any day.
