lsxtreme bad seller sold me a busted engine

Ok around christmas i purchased two d16a6 engines from lsxtreme one was good and the other "had a blown head gasket". ok so wen i got home i started to mess with the one wit a blown head gasket so i could use it but wen i looked at it closly i saw that the oil pan had a dent on it so i poped it off and saw that it was f***ed the girdel was broken and the crank was tru. So i called him and he said he spent the money and he needed some time so seeing how it was the christmas time i was cool and gave him 2 weeks to come up wit the money. two weeks came i called no answer i pm him no answer. All i want is my money back.
Lxstreme is a BAD seller.
Also i have recorded info for any mods that want to know more about it.

ok... good or bad parts has nothing to do with his character... however his claiming that the engine just had a blown head gasket when knowing the bottom end was trashed does... and so does his shadiness in avoiding attempts at contact after promising to repay.... i dont know the kid, but i do know that i'd be just as pissed if I ended up with it and this was happening to me... and i do know he told me that it was in the car running and i asked him could i hear it run before he pulled it out and he told me that he had already started taking the head off... then i told him to give me a call when he got it out because i was still interested anyways and had cash in hand and he never called me back... then my boi ^^ ended up with it several weeks later ... so to me... sounds like he needs to be on the bad seller list.... but i would love to hear the other side of the story....

to be honest, lsxtreme is not a GREAT seller!!! we sat their and took out the motor.....he told you specifically that it had a blown head gasket and thats about all that he knew from the guy which he bought the car that had the blown head gasket!!! you didnt mind that it had a blown head gasket and that you was told that the condition the the other half was not known!!!
but then to me everything he sold me was in good working condition.....i think that its just your luck........

ok... the fact that he got the car with the busted engine still doesn't change the fact that he offered to repay for the mishap and then didn't do it, and now he's dodging... so... if he didn't uphold his word then he deserves bad seller rep... unless there's just something I'm missing... but we won't know until we hear his side...

1st things 1st I did not sell a dseries motor! and i dont even fawk with dseries? and matter of fact I dont even deal with dseries stuff..!!! and how can i sell dseries engine when i dont even own a civic!! ****faces.. and chrisdohck can you honestly say that you met me? what kind of car i drive, how big is my ****, ohh and wats my name? where do i live? and i'll get some1 in here to prove me..

and is there a problem for finding some parts that i need to fix my mishap this mourning? i mean if i was selling ****ed parts.. how come im still postin wtb/selling goods out there.. if i knew of this i would have gave you what i promised watever the hell it is.. anything else talk to me privately i always answer, assuming that I am ignoring you. there shouldnt be a problem, the one with the need for a new headgasket, just needs headgasket, was a running motor 4 months ago. the other one, not taken apart wat so ever was running 2 months ago. taken out, getting ready for a k24 swap, and b16 swap for the 2 cars. lemme know wussups.

Did something not click in your head when you received PM's about a motor that "you dont have?" I know if I started receiving PM's about parts I didnt have, Id report the use of my account to a mod immediately. Also Im pretty sure that if someone was using my account and made a new thread selling things, it would be godly obvious when I logged on that someone was using it and selling things. You just need to own up that you sold this dude a motor with a blown bottom end, claiming ONLY a blown head gasket. Also, is it not odd that the number you posted in your WTB thread is the SAME number that he was reaching you at before? So, obviously it was you that sold him this motor, unless someone else in Atlanta that logged onto your account has the same phone number.

Own up to your mistakes and refund the dudes money for the motor. Thats completely messed up, and karma bit you in the ass with your mishap. ****ty sellers like you make it hard for me to buy ANYTHING on the internet anymore. Be a man about this and refund the dude his money, he sure as hell doesnt want a blown motor and doesnt want to lose out on the money he paid for it either.
