If someone has recently or in the past had problems with 4bangin on a deal of painting a car and he gave you NOTHING and want to show up in the court i will use you to show he had intent to scam

Just to let you guys know, he did win the case. I'll let him come in with any details, but w/e you heard about Chris spending more on the car than he was paid...I guess the judge decided different.

yup i won judge even said the amount i asked for was generious and that there was more than 5k of dmg even done to the car so looks like somebody owes me 6k of money within a month!!!!

i sued for 6XXX or something:
1000 i paid him
5000 is what i gave for the car

I was Implying thats its hard to belive chris had to pay for a car when the owner got the car back, thats all.

so b18c1turboed you call bs well i can easily make copies of the actual paper and post it i mean its not a problem. yes i do have the car but wtf did u see the pictures of what it looked like before and then what it looks like now i mean seriously. the whole point of all this is because he agreed to do the work, his dad even agreed to do the work, and well look at the fucking thing, the car is worthless im gonna be lucky to even get 2000 from the thing, and when they gave the thing back it was falling apart literally, the axle was half on i mean come on common sense. yes i may have been the one to put them parts on but that is my choice and chris's agreement to fix and paint the car like he said he was gonna do. people have there stance to say w/e they want about what i modded on the car ricer or not that car looked good(long time ago) to me and thats all that mattered i do not know how you are not seeing the big picture here and say that. and yes i checked on the car a lot and then he made a 546151557986 excusses of never being home makeing up lies and then my parents go over there and nothing is done and we even told them TOLD them we were talking to a lawyer and we still gave them another 2 months to fix it so dont think you know anything about what i deserve and what you think is right or not about how much he is giving me that is a fucking joke now that we sued for 6k and could have EASILY sued for 10k+ im not a bad person here not trying to be stingy trying ot get him for all he is worth. i just want him to give me the 6k and move on... period.

I was told Chris appealed the court, i dont know how much was granted i didnt ask.But it is in appeal now!

Also, QD, the reason that lady got so much money was because they were 2nd-degree burns, but mostly because they were punitive damages - they found out that Mickey D's brews its coffee at something stupid like 175 degrees [probably a slight exaggeration on my part] so that people in a hurry won't be able to stick around, wait until it cools off, drink it, and then get more...why would they want to discourage this?
