    I dont personally think she was trying to scam you, You purchased it on JAn 4th, then you went out of town until January 9th. Today is only the 23rd,i know i have to plan my weekends way in advance,so im sure she is the same way!

    Why dont you get off your ass and go get it and ask for some refund,since you had to pick it up and that will be your work out for the day!!!

    It's not the scamming thing at all. It's the lack of attentiveness to this transaction. You said today was "only the 23rd" like it is the day after he got back in town. It's been 2 weeks, exactly. Also, how do you know how she plans her weekends? I don't do as you do. It seems, from what you're saying, that if you ordered a TV from someone, and after 2 weeks, you don't have it and you shouldn't wonder about it.
