I just picked these wheels up from this guy,all through the thread he talks about them being 4x100 and through the sale transaction. He was telling me"Yeah man they were on my buddies civic".I get home take the center cap of and guess what they are 4x114.3.So now he does not want to answer his phone.

Not trying to be rude at all, but you should have brought the car and tried them on. I know that seems stupid that someone would lie about something like that. But maybe something to do to prevent it, at least next time.
