Possibly stolen car?

I found a blue honda civic coupe 1998-05 model in Summerset Apt. in Conyers off Salem Rd. The rear lights were missing, I don't know what else because I was in a hurry. I summons the police so they are on the case, I asked the officer to call me if is so that I could spread the word, incase someones missing their ride.

It looked like the 98-02 I guess si coupes. I not a Honda specialist, I don't even know what you call those body style. All I know is someone shit and was missing rear lights. Well the cops didn't call me back but the vehicle was gone when I went back.

i live in summer set, havent seen any blue civics in that year anywhere around there since i moved in. what buildings was it near??

It was in the front of the complex next to the garbage dump in the corner were the tractor trailer parks, opposite the mail center. I never walked up to the vehicle, I just drove by and noticed it when trying to navigate over the first speed bump.

Conyers is a cool place to live, quiet and not a lot of crime as far as I can tell

lol i wonder if people used to call the cops on my civic when i would take off my bumpers, hood and fenders and drive it to the body shop for paint? oh well and conyers? a cool place to live? hardly
