if your trying to get a data base up together. you can go to your local police station and there street task force unit will have there own sorta file or all cars that have been stoen mostly consist of basic info much alike what ur asking.. it was dun where i come from and helped crack down bc one or 2 cars being found dont show a pattern but when u have 6 months of stolen car reports it makes a conection.. mostly due to where they are located... mostly scaterd around but all have a common origin.. just thought id let u guys know..
